Most have heard work family. Other terms like band of brothers. It is natural to form a bond, tribal mentality with those you work with, but when you protect the tribe over doing what you entrusted to do, then you are the problem. Covering up mistakes and deficiencies doesn’t protect your tribe but rather makes your tribe have no credibility.
Things may be swept under the rug to preserve appearances, but the truth still exist.
Family may be by blood or by choice also makes tribes. What happens when a tribe wrongs another?
